-          Lucky draw is only valid from 1 March 2008 – 31 December 2008

-          Lucky draw is only valid for purchase of Fluke 51-II, 52-II, 53-II, 54-II, 61, 62, 561, 566, 568, 68IS, 572, 574, 576 thermometers

-      Lucky draw is only valid for India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

-          Lucky draw is only valid for purchase from Fluke authorized distributors

-          Lucky draw is only valid when customers complete their full particulars in the lucky draw coupon provided by Fluke during the program period

-          All information filled on the lucky draw coupon must be valid and legible

-          Employees of Fluke South East Asia Pte Ltd ("Fluke"), immediate families, authorized dealers and staff, advertising agencies and media agencies are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw

-          All correct and complete entries will be entered into a draw on 31 January 2009. The lucky draw will be held at Fluke South East Asia Pte Ltd at 60 Alexandra Terrace #03-16, The Comtech (Lobby D), Singapore 118502.

-          Only one (1) lucky winner will be selected and Fluke will notify the lucky contestants by email

-          Results will be published in www.fluke.com.sg on 28 February 2009

-          Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other kind

-          Winner must produce their proof of purchase for collection when claiming their prize

-          In case the selected winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, he/she will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification and an alternative winner will be selected by Fluke

-          Fluke reserves the right to change or substitute the Lucky Draw prize deemed necessary.

-          In the event of irregularities, the judges' decision is final and no claim will be entertained.

1.        Your personal data will be collected and kept confidential by Fluke. Fluke will use your personal data for the purposes of keeping you informed of our latest products or in any of our marketing campaign.

2.        By entering into the Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions of entry.

3.        All entry contents shall become the property of Fluke and you agree for Fluke to use and amend the entry contents including publishing the photos of the winners on Fluke's websites, press and/or any other media that Fluke deems fit. Fluke reserves the rights of such publications fully and the right to contact the winner in the future.

4.        Contestants shall indemnify Fluke for any breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights of third party.

5.        Fluke reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
